Agenda - Week 4: September 21-24th, 2020

 September 21:

Dear Parents,

Today we discussed goals that we are working on. We created groups and plans for physical education. We practiced writing and verbalizing numbers. We worked on "My Hero" project and are about to finish before we present! We talked about Canada, different regions and what each has to offer for travelling. Some Reminders: - Conferences are this Thursday and Friday - Group 1 is presenting for P.E tomorrow. - Please bring in apple fundraiser forms if you'd like to purchase a box.

September 22:

Dear parents, Today we: had a substitue this morning named Mrs. Laser. We were taught P.E by Asha, Amy, and Jordyn. We worked on colour wheels and My Hero assignment. We practiced writing numbers in math. We finished our pinhole cameras and discussed air pressure in science. Some reminders: - Please bring back apple forms if you'd like to order. - Conferences are this Thursday/Friday - Group 2 will be presenting tomorrow: Sophie, Chloe, Elena

September 23:

Dear parents, Today we were taught P.E by Fjona and Amelia. After we had a fire drill, which went well! We then presented my hero in English. After lunch we worked on a math activity that included standard, expanded and written form. Some reminders: - Conferences tomorrow and Friday - Apple fundraiser forms if you'd like to order a box - Early dismissal tomorrow (8:30-12:40)

September 24:

Dear parents, Today we discussed high and low pressure in science with grade 5 and then grade 4's used their pinhole camera's today, and compared natural and artificial light. Afterwards, we finished our "My Hero" work and presented. We worked on primary, secondary, tertiary, and complimentary colours in Art. And lastly, we worked on expanded, written and standard form numbers in math. Some reminders: - Parent teacher interviews are tonight - Apple forms are due by next Wednesday the 30th. - Group 2 will present on Monday for P.E Enjoy your long weekend! :)
