Agenda - Week 12: 16th of November - 19th of November
November 16th
Dear parents,
Today we finished our book reports and are ready to present, we worked on a science revue while the grade 5's presented a project on weather phenomenon, we played basketball in gym and we had musc.In English, we discussed strategies to support our opinions and we began a math assignment on area.
Some reminders:
- No school Friday.
- Book Fair is until November 26th.
November 17th
Dear parents,
Today we worked on a word scramble and were able to come up with 70 words! After, we worked on our rug project in math for area. In English, we discussed strategies to help and support our opinion writing. This afternoon, we spoke about the Indigenous peoples in the great lakes region. Finally in french, we began presenting our book reports!

- Healthy Hunger lunches are coming on Thursday if you have ordered.
November 18th
Today we finished our math projects on carpets, we finished some presentations in science and french, as well as a science review. We decided on new teams for basketball, and worked on an opinion writing example on bullying. We also taught Mme Roussy how to spell creativity in French, and today was Microphone Mercredi.

- Tomorrow is Fun Lunch.
- Next week is the celebration of learning.
- Friday is a PD Day.
November 19th
Dear parents,
Today we played basketball in gym, worked and finished our French book reports. We also discussed our upcoming work with Saa'kokoto, our elder. Afterwards, we began discussing our future opinion writing project on BLM. Lastly, we discussed the Rockies as an Alberta region and began mad minutes in math.
